Are you a super talented, organized photo coordinator? Our iconic entertainment client is seeking a Photo Coordinator with a strong background in photography to help track photo requests, schedule shoots, assist with managing photo assets and library. This person will work closely with the photo editor on scheduling and logistics for upcoming fan event as well as day-to-day photo operations. We are looking for a detailed-oriented and well-rounded individual who is ready to tackle projects as an individual contributor and as part of a greater team. This person can be remote but must be located in LA and available to travel  and stay in Anaheim at client’s expense (August 5-August 12).

Responsibilities:
– Ingest and track incoming photo requests for a fan event
– Provide input on workflow for a Fan Event.
– Schedule and dispatch photographers during large events.
– Create and manage assets using tools used by the team (Photoshop, Lightroom, Box, Smartsheet, internal servers, calendars).
– Assist with maintaining internal image libraries.
– Assist with sourcing and providing adjacent teams with images.
– Track deadlines and manage deliverables.

Basic Qualifications:
– Previous experience working in a photo department, ideally in a corporate or entertainment setting.
– Subject matter interest in photography
– Aptitude to coordinate multiple photographer schedules in a high paced environment.
– Highly organized and self-sufficient.
– Basic understanding of photography; lighting, composition, DSLR/Mirrorless cameras, editing, retouching.
– Strong multitasking and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications
– Experience with photo editing software (Ex. Photomechanic) and digital technology

Preferred Education
-BA in photography, visual arts, digital media, comms.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of $26.18 to $29.09 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
Additional benefits offered may include; medical health insurance and dental insurance, life insurance, and eligibility to participate in 401k plan with company match.
