As staffing agency recruiters, we juggle multiple orders, handle quick shortlistings, and meet ASAP start dates, all while ensuring our communications are informative, concise, and professional. This is where AI tools like Gemini, ChatGPT, and Jasper come into play, which is changing the way we approach our jobs.

Over the past six months, I've immersed myself in LinkedIn's AI courses and explored numerous articles focused on AI, AI hiring, and AI recruiting. The knowledge I’ve gained has been invaluable, enabling me to apply AI to improve in different areas of my role. From creating templated emails and job descriptions to drafting candidate summaries, prescreen questions, rejection letters, and tailored interview preparation materials, AI recruiting has proven to be a game changer.
