The Impact You’ll Make:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic team and uphold the highest standards of quality for our digital campaigns. In this role, you will be instrumental in validating the accuracy and effectiveness of our marketing campaign data and direct channel deployments. Your expertise will directly contribute to delivering seamless, personalized, and impactful experiences to our vast audience, ensuring every communication resonates with clarity and precision. You will collaborate closely with various teams, driving innovation in quality processes and directly influencing the success of our engagement strategies.

What You’ll Do:

  • Execute rigorous quality assurance processes for marketing campaign data selection and direct channel deployment, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
  • Validate the functionality and performance of email delivery and other campaign management platforms.
  • Identify, document, and track defects, working collaboratively with development and marketing teams to ensure timely resolution.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA methodologies and tools, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Act as a critical guardian of data quality, ensuring compliance and optimal audience engagement.

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of professional quality assurance experience, with a focus on marketing campaign data selection and direct channel deployment.
  • Demonstrated experience with various campaign management platforms.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly.
  • Strong logical and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving.
  • A self-motivated, detail-oriented, and collaborative team player.
  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • A foundational understanding of programming languages such as SQL, JavaScript, or HTML.
