We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized individual to step into a pivotal Production Management role. In this position, you will be instrumental in bringing large-scale, high-profile events to life, directly impacting the quality and success of experiences for thousands of attendees. Your expertise will ensure seamless execution, from initial planning to on-site operations, contributing significantly to the magic and precision behind every moment.

As a key member of the Production team, you will contribute to the successful planning, budgeting, logistics, and on-site operations leadership for major events. You’ll be a central figure in coordinating diverse teams and resources, ensuring every detail is meticulously managed to create an unforgettable experience. Your work will directly shape the guest journey and uphold the high standards of a world-class entertainment brand.

**Key Responsibilities:**

 **Overall Event Management Support:** Provide comprehensive support for event planning, logistics, project tracking, and general event functions.
 **Budget Oversight:** Collaborate with the Overall Event Producer to manage and update event budgets, including revising estimates, preparing new estimates, reviewing and tracking invoices, and preparing chargebacks.
 **Schedule Coordination:** Work with the Overall Event Producer to maintain and update event schedules, regularly checking in with various teams on progress and updates.
 **Operational Planning:** Participate in the planning for overall production, installation/deinstallation processes, and daily operational strategies.
 **Deliverable Reviews:** Engage in reviews of deliverables, including individual space assessments, to ensure comprehensive event knowledge, production readiness, and operational efficiency.
 **Visual Content Production Management:** Coordinate and manage the production of designated visual content locations, including their installation and deinstallation.
 **On-site Support:** Provide hands-on support during installation and deinstallation phases.
 **Daily On-site Triage:** Offer daily operational triage support as needed, assisting area managers and resolving immediate issues.
 **Guest Flow Management:** Support daily closing procedures, ensuring attendees clear the venue safely and efficiently, and all vendors adhere to designated operating hours.
 **Evening Point of Contact:** Serve as the overall evening point of contact at the venue until all attendees have departed the main event areas.
 **Partner Communication:** Support the Overall Event Producer in confirming event logistics for attendee communications.
 **Internal Presentations:** Assist the Overall Event Producer with planning and developing presentations for all-hands meetings and orientations.
 **Stakeholder Engagement:** Partner with various internal departments, sponsors, venue representatives, operational teams, guest control, catering, security, IT, and other stakeholders to facilitate efficient communication and seamless operations.
 **Issue Resolution:** Assist the Production Team and vendors by addressing questions or concerns, connecting them with key contacts as necessary.
 **Meeting Participation:** Actively participate in production meetings, site visits, vendor meetings, and other planning sessions as required.
 **Progress Reporting:** Communicate regularly with the Event Producer on progress, potential risks, and next steps, immediately flagging any items that may impact scope, schedule, budget, contracts, or programming.
 **Daily Wrap-ups:** Participate in daily wrap-up meetings during load-in and operational phases.
 **Documentation Management:** Work with relevant partners to update production schedules, budget documentation, and other production files, providing copies to the Overall Event Producer as required and at the conclusion of the event.
 **Post-Event Analysis:** Provide after-action notes and participate in after-action meetings as requested.

**Required Qualifications:**

* Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Meeting Planning, Marketing, Business, Theater, Communications, or equivalent practical experience.
* Minimum of 3 years of production management, event production, or equivalent experience.
* Demonstrated experience with budget development, management, reporting, and close-out processes.
* Knowledge of technical design and show production needs, including staging, video, audio, and lighting.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong leadership capabilities, with the ability to lead teams and provide clear direction.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
* Strong organizational skills.
* A proactive and independent thinker, capable of making smart decisions quickly and driving initiatives forward.
