**Make a Global Impact as a Senior Paid Search Manager**

Step into a pivotal role where you will directly fuel the global growth of a premier digital content platform. As a Senior Paid Search Manager, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing strategies that drive customer acquisition and engagement across numerous international territories. **Your Contribution Will Include:**

* Developing and implementing comprehensive Paid Search strategies and executing campaigns across international expansion markets.
* Optimizing budget allocation and ensuring efficiency to maximize return on investment.
* Analyzing performance data to derive critical insights and formulate actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
* Pioneering innovative strategies to enhance the performance and reach of the digital content service.
* Leading projects with a strong bias for action, ensuring meticulous attention to detail from conception to execution.
* Effectively managing competing priorities and making strategic trade-off decisions to achieve business objectives.
* Clearly communicating complex issues and interdependencies to various business partners.
* Contributing to experimentation roadmaps and go-to-market (GTM) plans for major initiatives.
* Fostering strong collaborations with external partners, including leading digital marketing agencies and search vendors, as well as internal business, marketing, and finance teams.

**A Day in the Life:**

You will report to the Performance Marketing Lead, International, and be responsible for driving strategies to grow traffic through Paid Search campaigns. This includes leading GTM planning for major content releases, marketplace expansions, and key sales events. You’ll manage budgets and performance targets, deliver regular performance analysis and insights, and serve as the primary point of contact for agencies and search vendors. Coordinating cross-functional partnerships and supporting search engine optimization (SEO) improvement projects will also be key aspects of your role.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* 6+ years of progressive digital marketing experience, with at least 4 years specifically in Paid Search, encompassing both strategic planning and hands-on execution.
* Proven experience managing large-scale paid advertising budgets (>$1M/year) across major digital advertising platforms.
* Demonstrated ability to build and scale cross-functional marketing programs.
* Expertise in leveraging data and metrics to measure impact, identify trends, and drive improvements.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation and analysis, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables.
* Strong presentation skills, with experience communicating complex information and insights to senior leadership.
* **Google Ads Certification is a mandatory requirement.**

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* Experience with A/B testing methodologies and advanced marketing measurement techniques (e.g., ROI, lifetime value, incrementality).
* Background in the media/entertainment industry or subscription services.
* Proven track of managing search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns across multiple countries and languages.
* Familiarity with industry-leading Paid Search management tools.
* Ability to thrive and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
* Prior experience with SEO projects is a plus.
