This is a US-based remote position that will start as a 6 month engagement and could extend up to 18 months.

About the Role
In this dynamic role, you will be a key contributor to a team responsible for comprehensive payroll operations, ensuring seamless integration and coordination across various internal systems. You will manage essential financial processes, from payroll execution to data reconciliation and compliance auditing. Your work will directly support a large and diverse employee base, guaranteeing accuracy and adherence to regulations, and providing critical support for a thriving workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Process semi-monthly US payroll for approximately 2,200 employees using ADP WFN.
- Process monthly INTL payroll for approximately 800 employees using EY Payroll Operate.
- Manage and process timesheets for approximately 120 employees.
- Audit leave of absence (LOA) calculations for accuracy and compliance.
- Reconcile and audit data between Workday HRIS and ADP WFN/EY.
- Audit 401(k) contributions and deductions to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Process daily stock transactions including RSU vests and other equity events.
- Administer and process employee garnishments in accordance with legal requirements.
- Manage benefit-related payroll transactions including HSA, FORMA, and Maven programs.
- Respond to employee payroll inquiries and support tickets via Zendesk with professionalism and clarity.
- Process termination checks in compliance with state-specific regulations and timelines.
Must-Have Qualifications
- 5-7 years of applicable experience in payroll operations or a related financial role.
- 5-7 years of experience with ADP WFN
- 5-7 years of experience with WorkDay
- 5-7 years of experience with ADP ezLabor
- Demonstrated experience with large-scale payroll processing (both domestic and international).
- Strong analytical and auditing skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and clear approach to employee inquiries.
- Proficiency in data reconciliation and compliance auditing.
