**About the Role:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join a dedicated team focused on continuing the legacy of a celebrated real-time strategy game series. In this dynamic role, you will collaborate closely with the Executive Producer, acting as a vital link between internal and external teams. You will be instrumental in tracking complex work items, unblocking workflows, and ensuring seamless execution across multiple disciplines. This position offers a unique chance to make a significant impact on product development, publishing efforts, and the overall quality of a globally recognized franchise.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Identify, communicate, track, and report on individual tasks and work items with precision.
* Coordinate across diverse teams to ensure timely delivery and quality for features, content, events, testing, localization, product extensions, and user engagement.
* Review and provide informed feedback on development schedules and roadmaps, contributing to strategic planning.
* Collaborate proactively with internal and external teams to remove blockers, ensuring clear pathways to product development and go-to-market goals.
* Regularly communicate status and critical updates to key stakeholders, fostering transparency and alignment.
* Actively unblock workflows by leveraging existing solutions and implementing new tools or processes to enhance efficiency.
* Provide flexible assistance and support to other Producers as needed, contributing to overall team success.

**Qualifications:**

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* 5+ years of experience in a Production or Project Management role within the video game industry, specifically focused on PC and/or Console games.
* Credit on at least 2 shipped titles as a Producer.
* Demonstrated ability to proactively identify gaps and product needs.
* Strong organizational and collaboration skills, with a proven track record of documenting plans and supporting team goals.
* Excellent verbal, written, and social communication skills, capable of engaging diverse audiences.
* A continuous drive to learn and adapt to evolving environments and gaming trends.
* A genuine passion for and deep understanding of gaming and gaming culture.
* A self-starter mentality with the flexibility to work varying hours based on project demands.
* Experience working effectively in distributed teams and supporting remote collaboration.
* Familiarity with various project management platforms and collaboration tools.
* No specific degree is required for this role.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* First-hand knowledge of classic real-time strategy games.
* Experience with Games-as-a-Service models and operating live products.
* Strong PC technical knowledge and extensive PC gaming experience.
* Scrum Certification (e.g., Scrum Master or Product Owner).
* Familiarity with programming languages (such as C#, C++, or others) and basic engineering concepts.
* Ability to provide additional perspective and innovative ideas to improve overall franchise quality.
