As a pivotal member of the team, you will dive into ambiguous problem spaces, translating intricate operational requirements into elegant, practical design solutions. You’ll collaborate extensively with cross-functional partners across product, engineering, operations, and safety teams, fostering a culture of design excellence and mentorship. **What You’ll Do:**

* Lead the design of innovative user experiences for critical operational systems, directly influencing efficiency and safety.
* Translate complex business and operational requirements into intuitive, user-centered designs.
* Conduct hands-on UX research, engaging directly with end-users to understand their needs and validate solutions.
* Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders throughout the entire design lifecycle.
* Mentor fellow designers and champion design excellence across multiple workstreams.
* Drive strategic thinking to solve today’s challenges while defining the future of human-technology interaction in logistics.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* 7+ years of practical experience in UX design, with a strong emphasis on content discovery and/or content engagement experiences.
* Demonstrated experience collaborating effectively with product managers, developers, and other cross-functional teams.
* Proven ability to conduct and analyze UX research with end-users, confidently asking questions and extracting insights.
* Exceptional interaction design and visual craft skills, including hands-on experience with prototyping mobile experiences.
* A strong aesthetic sense and the ability to make confident, well-reasoned design decisions.
* Demonstrated empathy for the people using your software or products.
* Expertise in design systems and their application.
* Proficiency with Figma.
* Ability to rapidly onboard and navigate complex operational systems.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* Experience designing software experiences for operational associates.
* Formal education in Design, Interaction/UX Design, or Human-Computer Interaction (HCI).
