We are seeking an Account Operations Specialist for a 6-month on-site engagement in Beaverton, OR. Step into a fast-paced, evolving environment where your contributions will directly support key operational initiatives. Responsibilities

* Provide essential support for ongoing operational projects, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
* Facilitate clear and consistent communication across various teams and stakeholders.
* Contribute to the organization and analysis of operational data, supporting decision-making processes.
* Adapt quickly to changing priorities and project scopes within a dynamic environment.
* Collaborate effectively with a large team, fostering positive working relationships.
* Manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently, demonstrating strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

* Experience: 2-3 years of experience in operations, supply chain, or customer service.
* Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
* Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to tasks and data.
* Independence: Proven ability to work autonomously and take initiative.
* Adaptability: Comfort working in ambiguous situations and navigating change.
* Flexibility: Willingness to move between different teams and projects as needed.
* Interpersonal Skills: Excellent people skills, capable of collaborating effectively with a large team.
* Multitasking: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
* A degree, particularly in supply chain or a related field, is a nice-to-have.
* Experience with Performance Management, Supply Chain Operations, Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), or Finance is a nice-to-have.
* Prior experience with a large-scale global consumer brand is a nice-to-have.
* Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, though adaptability to new, specialized platforms is highly valued, is a nice-to-have.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $28 to $32/HR. Compensation is based on several factors including but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location
