**About the Role**
As a Program Manager, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth execution and strategic advancement of critical operational programs. You will be at the heart of coordinating complex activities, maintaining data integrity, and developing essential documentation that underpins the team’s success. **What You’ll Do:**
* **Program Coordination & Tracking:** Collaborate closely with program leads to meticulously update internal project management tools, ensuring all project details, supporting documentation, and key dates are accurate and current.
* **Readiness & Reporting:** Support team readiness by generating insightful ad-hoc and scheduled reports, providing crucial data on project status and team capacity to inform strategic decisions.
* **Documentation & Standardization:** Draft, format, and maintain essential process documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), utilizing predefined templates to ensure consistency, clarity, and accessibility.
* **Strategic Program Development:** Independently author comprehensive program charters, outlining scope, timelines, objectives, resources, risks, and dependencies for advanced programs. Develop detailed project plans that break down initiatives into discrete phases, identifying risks and constraints.
* **Stakeholder Engagement & Management:** Cultivate trusted relationships with program stakeholders, facilitating effective decision-making and optimizing team roles. Proactively manage and resolve program escalations in close collaboration with stakeholders.
* **Communication & Change Management:** Design and implement predictable program communication plans tailored to various stakeholder groups. Lead change management efforts, developing rollout plans, conducting impact analyses, and monitoring progress to resolve misalignments.
* **Data-Driven Governance:** Independently determine and collect necessary data for program execution and governance. Maintain project trackers and status reports, proactively managing dependencies while upholding values of product excellence, inclusion, and brand trust. Define and drive program governance structures, including mitigation strategies, postmortems, and escalations.
* **Continuous Improvement:** Define program phasing and metrics that drive continuous improvement, establishing regular checkpoints to assess and refine performance. Provide transparency and rationale for program adjustments to ensure optimal outcomes.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**
* 4+ years of dedicated program management experience, OR a minimum of 5 years of combined experience across program management (at least 2 years), training, and customer support.
* High proficiency with widely used productivity and collaboration tools, especially spreadsheet applications for robust data tracking and reporting.
* Demonstrated experience using generative AI tools for content creation, summarization, and analysis.
* Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks concurrently.
* Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly and concisely.
* Proven proficiency in Communications Management, Team Management, Managing Organizational Change, Technical Judgment, Stakeholder Management, Planning, Portfolio Management, User Understanding and Empathy, Execution and Governance, and Continuous Improvement.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**
* A degree in Communications, Learning and Development, or Marketing.
* A recognized certification in Project Management.

Client Description

As a Program Manager, you independently manage the full lifecycle of programs which may reach beyond your immediate team. You drive, organize, and manage program activities that drive business outcomes while developing systems to proactively identify improvements and drive future optimizations including change management and performance metrics. You define and address undefined cross-functional challenges independently using program management methodologies to monitor and manage programs and stakeholders. You use independent judgment to adjust programs effectively while navigating changing circumstances. You understand and manage the expectations of cross-functional stakeholders. You have proficient knowledge of the domain of your program.

Overall Responsibilities:
This role will support the day-to-day project management activities of the Supplier Enablement team. At the direction of the team’s Program Managers, this position will be responsible for executing coordination and tracking tasks, including maintaining project data integrity in our readiness dashboards, creating and updating process documentation, and running data reports to support team operations.

Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate with Program Managers to ensure all project details, supporting documentation, and key dates are accurately updated in internal project management tools.
2. Support team readiness activities by running ad-hoc and scheduled reports to provide insights into project status and team capacity.
3. Draft, format, and maintain process documentation, including SOPs, using predefined templates to ensure consistency and clarity.

Mandatory Skills/Qualifications:
4+ years experience in program management; or 5 years total of experience across program management (minimum 2 years), training, and customer support.
Preferred degree in Communications, Learning and Development, or Marketing.
Preferred certification in Project Management
High proficiency with Google Workspace tools, especially Google Sheets for data tracking and reporting.
Experience using generative AI tools (e.g., Gemini, NotebookLM) for content creation, summarization, and analysis.
Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong written, verbal, visual communication skills.

Responsibilities include:
– Independently author program charter that addresses scope, timeline, OKRs, resourcing and risks/dependencies of an advanced program. Create project plans that break down a project into discrete phases, include risks/dependencies and provide visibility into program constraints.
– Effectively build trusted relationships with program stakeholders to enable effective decision making. Optimize program team roles and responsibilities. Manage program escalations in close collaboration with program stakeholders.
– Design and deliver predictable program communication plans in collaboration with program stakeholders, targeted by stakeholder type. Represent the program team across a wide range of touchpoints.
– Execute change management requirements that are identified by program stakeholders. Develop change management rollout plans including impact analysis in close collaboration with program stakeholders. Monitor progress of change management rollout and resolve misalignments.
– Independently determine and collect data required to execute and govern programs effectively. Independently maintain project trackers and status reports. Identify and execute on program tasks, including proactively managing dependencies, while incorporating Product Excellence values, Product Inclusion, and brand trust and reputation. Define program governance structure by determining effective management of mitigations, postmortems, and escalations. drive effective program team meetings.
– Determine program phasing and metrics that effectively drive continuous improvement including Resource Stewardship in close collaboration with program stakeholders. Establish regular checkpoints to deliver and assess improvement metrics. Provide transparency into and rationale for program pivots.
