**About the Role**
Are you a design wizard with an eagle eye for detail and a passion for bringing brands to life? We’re seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Production Designer to join a fast-paced and innovative marketing team. In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind the execution and adaptation of critical design projects, ensuring every asset, from digital campaigns to impactful presentations, not only meets but exceeds brand standards. Your expertise will directly influence how this prominent firm communicates its value and vision to a global audience.
**What You’ll Do**
* Create Impactful Visuals: Produce, edit, and format a diverse range of digital and print assets, including PowerPoint presentations, engaging social media content, eye-catching email graphics, and informative brochures.
* Master Presentation Design: Design and build sophisticated presentations, primarily within Microsoft PowerPoint, applying advanced layout techniques, compelling visual storytelling, and unwavering brand consistency.
* Ensure Flawless Delivery: Optimize and deliver all design files according to precise specifications for both print and digital platforms, guaranteeing high-quality output every time.
* Champion Brand Consistency: Act as a guardian of the brand, meticulously maintaining consistency across all design materials to reinforce the firm’s identity.
* Collaborate and Innovate: Work closely with senior designers, contributing your expertise to deliver projects on time and to the highest standard.
* Refine and Enhance: Skillfully make revisions and adjustments to existing designs based on feedback, continuously improving visual assets.
* Prepare for Production: Prepare final, production-ready files, including pre-flighting and exporting, ensuring a seamless transition from design to final output.
**Must-Have Qualifications:**
* Proven experience as a Production Designer or in a similar production-focused design role, demonstrating a strong portfolio of executed projects.
* Exceptional proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
* Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, with expert-level command of PowerPoint and a track record of strong presentation design.
* Meticulous attention to detail, coupled with excellent layout, typography, and file-preparation skills.
* Demonstrated ability to efficiently manage multiple projects simultaneously and consistently meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
* A solid understanding of print production processes and digital asset requirements.
