In this vital role, you will be the first and second line of defense for all technical inquiries, directly impacting the daily efficiency and success of our teams. **Key Responsibilities:**

* Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues with precision and speed, ensuring minimal disruption to user productivity.
* Efficiently manage and respond to incoming customer support requests received via phone, ticketing systems, email, and in-person interactions.
* Meticulously document, track, and monitor all problem-solving activities within the designated tracking system to guarantee timely resolutions.
* Perform installations of essential computer software applications.
* Prepare and configure new and existing desktop and laptop computers, along with their peripherals.
* Provide essential support for computer upgrades and installations.
* Assist in the meticulous management of hardware and software assets.
* Contribute to the hardware warranty repair process.
* Actively participate in the continuous development of problem-solving techniques and the creation of more efficient support methodologies.
* Deliver essential technical support for meetings and collaborative sessions.
* Undertake additional related duties as assigned to support overall IT operations.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* Demonstrated proficiency in both PC and operating systems.
* Proven ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues effectively.
* Experience with installing computer software applications.
* Capability to stage and configure computers and peripherals.
* Strong customer service skills, with the ability to handle requests courteously and expeditiously.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for documenting issues and interacting with users.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to continuous improvement.
