We are looking for a Graphic Designer for a 4-month hybrid engagement in Beaverton, OR.   You will bridge the gap between design concepts and manufacturing execution. Your work will be central to bringing innovative products and compelling communications to life, ensuring every design element is perfectly translated for production. This role offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with talented graphic designers and factory partners, driving the successful realization of diverse creative projects.

Responsibilities

* Collaborate closely with graphic designers to translate conceptual designs into detailed schematics ready for factory production.
* Contribute to ideation, concept development, and brand alignment across various projects.
* Lead specific projects and manage individual assignments, encompassing print, packaging, 3-D retail displays, event signage, logo systems, imagery, video, and collateral materials.
* Utilize advanced computerized design systems, particularly the Adobe Suite, to execute and refine designs.
* Oversee projects from initial concept through final production and distribution, working with cross-functional teams.
* Manage project timelines, schedules, budgets, and supplier coordination, ensuring adherence to quality production standards.
* Review specifications and recommend alternative production methods to optimize outcomes.
* Estimate project development costs and manage budgets for individual and grouped projects.
* Act as a key liaison between internal stakeholders across design, marketing, and product development teams, as well as external agencies.
* Communicate project details, design requirements, scheduling needs, and graphic material specifications effectively.

Qualifications

* A Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 5 years of directly relevant work experience, OR 7-8 years of experience if no Bachelor’s Degree.
* Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.).
* Efficiency in using Mac laptops and Microsoft Office applications.
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with graphic designers and factory partners.
* A genuine passion for sportswear and streetwear culture
* Previous experience working with leading brands in the consumer goods or lifestyle industry.
* Experience in screen printing processes.
* Familiarity with CLO 3D fashion design software is a nice-to-have
