Styling & Set Production Assistant

Overview

Join a dynamic creative team at a leading e-commerce company where your artistic vision meets fast-paced production! We’re seeking 2-3 passionate Art Production Assistants to support our innovative styling and spatial design projects.

What You’ll Do: Transform creative concepts into reality through hands-on production work including set styling, merchandise preparation, and prop management. You’ll collaborate with talented Stylists, Art Coordinators, and Production teams to bring compelling visual stories to life. From steaming garments and constructing sets to sourcing props and organizing creative spaces, every day brings new challenges and opportunities to grow your skills.

Your Impact:

• Style and prep merchandise according to creative vision and brand guidelines
• Support set construction, painting, and spatial design projects
• Maintain organized, efficient workspaces that keep productions running smoothly
• Source and fabricate props with creativity and urgency
• Travel occasionally (5%) for special purchasing projects
• Work with our furry friends who are part of our creative process

What We’re Looking For: A driven self-starter with 1+ years of production or styling experience who thrives in fast-paced environments. You’re eager to learn, detail-oriented, and can lift up to 50 pounds. Most importantly, you bring a sense of urgency and collaborative spirit to everything you do.

The Details:

• Flexible schedule: 10-30 hours per week, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
• DFW studio location with some off-location work
• One week advance project scheduling
• Opportunity to build expertise across multiple creative disciplines

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $22 to $23.25/HR. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
