Our leading financial client is seeking a strong Product Manager – Chat to join its team on a hybrid basis in Dallas (2x week on site).

What You’ll Do:

  • Coordinate with development tech teams via daily standups to groom JIRA stories and tasks associated with new features owned by team
  • Collaborate across other product managers and squads to define requirements and development timelines for new functions, tools, capabilities and features
  • Own and drive product roadmap for a given domain to meet business goals, and achieve key performance indicators
  • Be the go-to person for questions about the product and the intent of requirements; interact with engineering teams continuously throughout the sprint
  • Prioritize the product backlog, using domain expertise, customer insights and market research to make informed trade-offs between new feature development, platform investment and optimizations
  • Coordinate with 3rd party vendors when necessary
  • Manage the identification and resolution of bugs with new feature releases
  • Provide detailed reporting and managerial support to Program Office

What You Bring:

  • 3-6 years of Product management in an Agile environment, including familiarity with the overall Agile methodology
  • Proficient in Jira or any other project management tools for Agile teams
  • High-level technical knowledge related to the implementation of digital products
  • Experience/familiarity with Chat, Case and CRM applications
  • Experience/familiarity with consumer banking products (Credit Card, Checking, Savings, CD, etc.)
