This exciting opportunity will allow you to make a tangible difference in the publishing world. You will be the primary point of contact for authors and publishing partners, providing exceptional support and guidance. You will collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement strategies that enhance the author experience and drive positive outcomes. Your ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and maintain composure under pressure will be critical to your success.
What You’ll Do:

  • Provide exceptional support and communication to authors and publishing partners worldwide.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement policies and processes that improve author satisfaction.
  • Act as an advocate for authors, representing their best interests throughout the publishing process.
  • Manage a high volume of requests, prioritizing effectively and ensuring timely resolution.

Must-Haves:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years of experience in account management, customer service, relationship management, or a publishing environment.
  • Experience managing a reactive, ticket-based request system.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce.com and Excel.
