We’re looking for a seasoned Event Producer to cover maternity leave within a high-profile EMEA events and experiences team. This is a rare opportunity to deliver some of the region’s biggest B2B conferences and flagship brand moments – from 300-person gatherings to 2,000+ delegate conferences.

What you’ll do

  • Lead the end-to-end production of large-scale, high-profile B2B conferences across EMEA
  • Partner with senior stakeholders, agencies, and cross-functional teams to bring events to life
  • Own production timelines, budgets, suppliers, and onsite delivery
  • Collaborate with event marketing colleagues on programme curation and audience experience
  • Ensure flawless execution across both in-person and virtual / livestream formats

What we’re looking for

  • 8–10+ years’ proven experience in event production (not a graduate role)
  • Strong background agency-side or, ideally, brand-side in an events team

  • Experience from leading global brands or creative agencies
