As a Growth Marketing Manager, you’ll be a key player in shaping and executing multi-channel marketing strategies that fuel the success of small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs). Partnering with talented teams across Product Marketing, Commercial, and Regional divisions, you’ll craft data-driven campaigns that span the entire merchant lifecycle – from acquisition and onboarding to retention and reactivation. What You’ll Do:
- Develop and execute comprehensive growth marketing plans aligned with global priorities, focusing on the SMB segment.
- Identify untapped growth opportunities across the merchant lifecycle using data-driven insights.
- Manage acquisition and activation programs for new SMB merchants, leveraging digital channels, paid media, content marketing, and in-product strategies.
- Design and optimize retention and reactivation campaigns to maximize customer lifetime value.
- Spearhead media strategy planning and optimization across paid, owned, and earned channels.
- Continuously monitor and report on key growth metrics, providing actionable insights and performance reports.
- Create scalable and repeatable growth programs, collaborating with Product Marketing Managers and commercial teams for seamless go-to-market execution.
- Adapt global campaigns for regional markets, considering local nuances and needs.
- Champion growth initiatives, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams including product marketing, regional sales, analytics, operations, and creative.
- Present campaign strategies, results, and insights to senior stakeholders.
What You’ll Bring:
- 6+ years of experience in growth, digital, or performance marketing, with a strong preference for B2B/SaaS or FinTech experience.
- Proven track record of building end-to-end growth strategies for SMB or merchant audiences, encompassing acquisition, retention, and re-engagement.
- Expertise in media strategy planning, campaign optimization, and performance reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to execute and scale integrated multi-channel campaigns (paid, owned, earned).
- Strong data analysis skills, including experience with experimentation frameworks, A/B testing, and marketing analytics.
- Experience with campaign localization and regional/global coordination.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, enabling effective partnerships with product, commercial, and leadership teams.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
