Technical Business Analyst

Overview

The team is looking for candidates that have a balance of web technology and user experience. The teams move very quickly, working in agile across our website development and conversion rate optimization functions. Adherence to deadlines, responsiveness and the ability to shift focus to an urgent, priority project is crucial.

What you’ll do:
Support account team with client technical support for user stories and new functionality implementations
Work collaboratively with design, content and strategy teams
Ensure peer reviews and website QA is being performed on UI and functionality
Document project requirements and technical details of implementation
Build webpages using Drupal Lightning Builder, testing components, taking designs form Figma and ensuring they are built to specification

Experience Requirements:
2-3+ years of experience developing for enterprise CMS (Drupal, Sitecore, etc.)
Proficiency with enterprise project management (Asana, Jira, Azure)
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines
This team member should have a deep understanding of best practices for enterprise CMS platform development, including optimization of core web vitals, shared code implementation, etc.
Strong facilitation skills with experience leading regular prioritization and best practice discussions with cross-functional internal teams as well as technical team members
Familiarity with development lifecycle and technical concepts
Excellent communication skills with ability to translate between technical and business stakeholders
Strong problem-solving abilities and proactive approach to removing blockers
