The Program Manager will lead process design, standardization, and governance to enable successful AI technology implementation into 10x-value workflows. Operating in a hub and spoke team model, this role will collaborate with divisional leaders, change champions, and SMEs – partnering with the analysts and change managers – to integrate AI capabilities into business operations seamlessly. The ideal candidate will be systems-thinking and analytics-focused, serving as a strategic partner to business units across the organization.
Core Responsibilities
Program & Opportunity Management
• Support the development and governance of the AI adoption program to implement AI technology into 10x-value workflows across business functions. • Operate within a hub-and-spoke model, collaborating with divisional leaders, change champions, and subject matter experts (SMEs) to drive AI adoption across the organization. • Partner closely with analysts and change managers to ensure seamless integration of AI capabilities into business operations, aligning with organizational goals and objectives.
Workflow Assessment & Advisory
• Lead efforts to document current state process maps for 10x value workflows to enable AI solutions designed to enhance efficiency, scalability, and capability. • Apply systems thinking and data-driven approaches to identify opportunities for process improvements and optimize AI-enabled workflows, driving continuous improvement across AI initiatives.
Risk Management
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks associated with AI adoption, maintaining transparent visibility for key stakeholders through effective reporting mechanisms. • Partner with change managers to develop and implement change communications via change sponsors and champions.
Performance Measurement & Reporting
• Develop and maintain dashboards to track project progress, ROI metrics, and operational, enrollment, or student success impacts of AI integration, providing actionable insights for informed decision-making.
Required Qualifications
Experience – 5+ years of experience in program management in business partnership and advisory roles, with a strong emphasis on cross-functional transformation. Proven ability to influence without authority in matrix organizations.
Technical & Analytical – Deep expertise in Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and develop process-driven solutions. Experience with rapid pilot development and execution (4-8 week cycles).
Competencies – Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, or a related field. Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced degree (master’s or related).
Familiarity with AI implementation and change management in business contexts is a strong advantage.
PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred
