Your expertise will be instrumental in optimizing content rollout, analyzing performance data, and collaborating with cross-functional partners to maximize subscriber engagement and retention.

As a Content Scheduling Associate, you will:

  • Maintain and update content scheduling information, ensuring seamless communication of any changes to cross-functional teams.
  • Participate in weekly production meetings to stay informed about key updates to estimated launch timing and any production or post-production changes that may impact scheduling decisions.
  • Leverage quantitative and qualitative performance data to recommend innovative strategies for enhancing audience engagement and optimizing scheduling.
  • Monitor competitive release schedules and analyze their strategies to inform and refine content rollout plans.
  • Contribute to long-term and ad-hoc projects that support the overall content scheduling strategy.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of relevant work experience at a major media company or in a related field.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to apply data insights to drive strategic decision-making and achieve measurable results.
  • A genuine passion for television, film, and programming strategy.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Airtable, NPOWER, Tableau, Keynote, and Numbers.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
