As a Content Scheduling Associate, you will:
- Maintain and update content scheduling information, ensuring seamless communication of any changes to cross-functional teams.
- Participate in weekly production meetings to stay informed about key updates to estimated launch timing and any production or post-production changes that may impact scheduling decisions.
- Leverage quantitative and qualitative performance data to recommend innovative strategies for enhancing audience engagement and optimizing scheduling.
- Monitor competitive release schedules and analyze their strategies to inform and refine content rollout plans.
- Contribute to long-term and ad-hoc projects that support the overall content scheduling strategy.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience at a major media company or in a related field.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to apply data insights to drive strategic decision-making and achieve measurable results.
- A genuine passion for television, film, and programming strategy.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Airtable, NPOWER, Tableau, Keynote, and Numbers.
- Bachelor’s degree.
