Overview

HRIS Analyst, SAP SuccessFactors – LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY – This is a hybrid position that requires you to be onsite in our Rosemead office on Mondays and Tuesdays.

Are you an expert in HR technology with a knack for managing complex systems? We are looking for an HRIS Analyst to join our team in Rosemead. In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for all things related to our SAP SuccessFactors platform, focusing on security, user access, and system administration.

You’ll be the one who ensures our system is secure, runs smoothly, and provides a great experience for our employees.

What You’ll Do

• Administer User Access: Manage and configure user permissions using role-based permissions (RBP) across all SuccessFactors modules, including Onboarding, Compensation, and Recruiting. You’ll handle everything from provisioning new user accounts to troubleshooting access issues.
• Manage System Security: Conduct monthly security audits and monitor system access to ensure compliance and data integrity.
• Provide Technical Support: Serve as a subject matter expert, resolving system issues by working through a service ticketing system. You’ll collaborate with various teams, including IT, to get to the bottom of complex problems.
• Configure and Maintain the System: Prepare for and implement SuccessFactors releases, manage system refreshes, and configure workflows and business rules.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Proven experience administering and configuring SAP SuccessFactors. Experience with other major HRIS platforms like Workday or PeopleSoft is a plus.
• Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of role-based permissions (RBP) and strong skills in system security administration and troubleshooting.
• HRIS Knowledge: A solid understanding of HR information systems and how they support business operations.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and internal stakeholders.
