This is a Hybrid position in Redmond, WA (3 days a week). The position will start at 12 months but could extend up to 18 months.

Your expertise in identity and access management will be essential in safeguarding their digital world.
As a key member of the cyber squad team, you will be immersed in a fast-paced environment, tackling critical security challenges and making a tangible impact on the studio’s success. Responsibilities:
- Manage the intake and triage of all IAM/Security tickets, ensuring their completeness, validating approvals, and routing them efficiently.
- Execute essential Tier 1 IAM tasks, including onboarding and offboarding procedures.
- Meticulously maintain and update security processes and documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Collaborate with partner teams to enhance the intake pipeline by implementing automation for common tasks, streamlining operations, and improving efficiency.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (4-year)
- 2–4 years of experience in Service Desk/Helpdesk, IAM operations, or ITSM triage in high-volume environments
- Working knowledge of Jira Service Management (JSM) and ITIL-style workflows
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD, AD groups, RBAC concepts, and identity lifecycle
- Excellent communication skills, enabling you to effectively pursue approvals, clarify business justifications, and guide requestors
- Detail-oriented approach, with a passion for transforming complex information into actionable tasks
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Identity Governance concepts and PIM/MFA workflows
- Experience automating intake pipelines using tools like JSM automations, Azure Logic Apps, or runbooks
- Scripting experience in PowerShell, Bash, or Python for automation
