Executive Assistant – EMEIA Retail Engagement, Marketing & Merchandising
Hybrid working model in London, 12 month contract, paying £212.13 per day PAYE

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly organised, proactive Executive Assistant to support senior leaders for a multinational technology company.

This individual will be the go-to person for complex calendars, international travel, team operations and seamless event delivery – all while streamlining processes and introducing smarter, tech-savvy ways of working.

Key Responsibilities

  • Orchestrating senior leader diaries across multiple time zones
  • Managing international travel (visas, compliance, detailed itineraries)
  • Delivering impactful events – from leadership summits to all-hands meetings
  • Producing engaging presentations and accurate expense reports
  • Acting as the operational hub for REMM EMEIA, smoothing workflows and onboarding/offboarding
  • Championing process improvements with collaboration and productivity tools – and AI

Candidate Profile

  • Extensive EA experience supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced global setting
  • Event planning & logistics expertise with meticulous attention to detail
  • Tech-savvy mindset – experience with collaboration and productivity platforms such as Slack, Wrike, Box – plus an appetite for AI and automation
  • Clear, confident communication skills and stakeholder management expertise
