Mail Processor

Overview

Aquent has an exciting opportunity for a Mail Processor in Scottsdale, AZ!

This position is 100% on-site.  For this reason, we will only consider candidates who can comfortably commute to our client’s location on a daily basis.  The schedule for this role will be Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM.

In addition, to be considered for this role, you must:

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Not require sponsorship of any kind for the duration of the assignment.
• Be able to work on a W-2 basis.  C2C or 1099 is not permitted for this role.

You will be instrumental in ensuring timely and accurate delivery of critical healthcare information, making a direct impact on operational efficiency and patient care. Partnering with Aquent, you’ll become an integral part of this dynamic team.

This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced, high-volume mail production environment. You will be responsible for operating state-of-the-art digital printing and inserting equipment, managing print jobs from start to finish, and ensuring the secure handling of sensitive information. Your meticulous attention to detail and commitment to deadlines will be essential to success.

Responsibilities:

• Operate high-volume digital printers and inserters.
• Verify print jobs against provided documentation.
• Fold and insert printed materials into various envelopes.
• Apply postage and prepare mail for dispatch.
• Perform other mailroom duties as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Adhere to strict quality control and security protocols.
• Meet demanding production deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Lift and move boxes of paper and envelopes weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Work on your feet for extended periods.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $16.47 to $18.30 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
