Hybrid in office 2-3 days per week
Location: Woonsocket, RI OR Wellesley, MA

As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will be an integral part of the Experience Design Practice, collaborating with the Associate Creative Director and Group Manager to develop innovative design solutions. Your work will span a diverse range of projects, from in-store signage and retail environments to workplace settings and impactful event design. You’ll leverage your strategic and creative problem-solving skills to bring compelling, on-brand concepts to life, ensuring alignment with business objectives and brand standards.
Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and execute impactful creative designs for in-store signage, retail environments, workplace settings, and events, adhering to brand guidelines and business objectives.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to bring innovative ideas to life across a diverse range of projects.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with peers, internal teams, and external vendors.
• Develop compelling themes and designs that resonate with the target audience and enhance brand presence.
• Present design concepts to internal teams for review and approval.
• Partner with implementation teams to ensure seamless execution of designs.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 5-7 years of professional design experience with a portfolio showcasing expertise in in-store signage, retail, workplace, and event design.
• Proven ability to solve problems creatively and strategically to achieve business goals.
• Demonstrated ability to generate impactful ideas aligned with brand vision and standards.
• Proficiency in human-centered design principles.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Expertise in preparing print-ready files from concept to production.
• Strong understanding of workplace interior branding and visual identity for events.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat), AI graphic design tools, and Mac OS.
• Portfolio (required for consideration).

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

• Experience working within a large, complex organization.
• Experience in the retail and events industry.

Education:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $38.50 to $42.78 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
