Become an integral part of a dynamic and fast-paced team, supporting key leaders who drive impactful marketing strategies for a globally recognized brand. As the Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the marketing leadership team, enabling them to focus on strategic initiatives and propel the brand forward. Your organizational prowess and proactive approach will be essential to the success of these high-profile leaders.
As an Executive Assistant, you will:
- Act as the primary point of contact for the VPs of Brand Marketing Communications, DTC Marketing, and Sports Marketing, managing their complex calendars and prioritizing their time effectively.
- Anticipate the needs of the VPs and their teams, proactively preparing them for upcoming deadlines, initiatives, and important meetings.
- Expertly coordinate all travel arrangements and expense reports, ensuring seamless and efficient travel experiences.
- Collaborate with the Senior VP’s Executive Assistant on larger team meetings and events, contributing to the success of high-impact gatherings.
- Manage communication groups and distribution lists, ensuring accurate and timely dissemination of information.
- Partner with the Senior VP’s Executive Assistant to coordinate logistics for meetings involving athletes, sports teams, or agencies, ensuring all necessary arrangements are in place.
- Support the scheduling of broader team meetings, including agendas and materials preparation, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
- Provide ad hoc support to the Brand Experience team for key internal events, contributing to a positive and engaging employee experience.
- Manage office supplies for the team, ensuring a well-equipped and productive work environment.
- Onboard new team members by providing essential information on company standards, processes, and guidelines.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience supporting senior-level executives.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Project management experience.
- Knowledge of SAP/Concur.
