Job Title:
Instructional Designer
General Purpose of the Role: focus mainly managing several projects including (but not limited to) documenting, publishing and maintaining our learning agenda and training opportunities, process playbooks and enhancing our internal lifecycle team publication site.
Key Responsibilities include:
Project Management:
Utilize Wrike to develop project plans and manage workflow.
Develop detailed project plans, including potential cost, schedule, and resource requirements.
Maintain work plans considering priorities, key milestones, time estimates, task sequencing, and identification of tasks that may be performed concurrently to achieve objectives.
Identify risks and vulnerabilities, create contingency plans, and resolve issues, escalating as needed.
Ensure timely and quality development and distribution of all deliverables for projects.
Implement communication and reporting mechanisms to manage issues, risks, and timely delivery of initiative results.
Track and monitor the financials of assigned projects.
Run weekly team status calls for campaign teams
Training/team Portal Management:
Curate training opportunities for B2B Lifecycle team members.
Build and organize a Confluence space to house all training links and pathways.
Ensure the training portal is up-to-date and accessible to all team members.
Evaluate and implement improvements to the teams Iris portal.
Technical Skills & Demonstrated Knowledge:
Demonstrated project management skills and success in managing larger projects with multiple work streams.
Ability to foster collaboration, value others’ perspectives, and gain support and buy-in for organizational proposals.
Excellent oral, written presentation, and communication skills.
Ability to lead and influence in a matrixed environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and business acumen.
Experience with technologies such as Wrike, Confluence, Sharepoint, Webex, etc.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other tools: MS Excel (advanced level), MS Word, MS Outlook, MS Visio, and Wrike.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree and five years of related work experience focused on project management and/or training, workflows and documentation.
Five to seven years of marketing experience, ideally in a marketing planning or a marketing project management role.
Experience with writing marketing standard operating procedures or similar.
Experience with integrated marketing planning across business units, regions, and functional teams.
Proven success in establishing relationships across multiple functions and teams to achieve desired results.
Experience enabling teams and implementing change management.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $45.00 to $49.23 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
