As Studio Manager, you will play a pivotal role in bringing creative visions to life. You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the studio, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality broadcasts. What You’ll Do:
- Manage the daily operations of the internal broadcast studio, including setup, production, and post-production activities.
- Operate studio equipment, ensuring smooth execution of broadcasts and recordings.
- Oversee livestreaming activities, maintaining high-quality output and addressing any technical challenges.
- Collaborate with the Employee Engagement, Campus Experience, and IT/AV teams to ensure seamless integration of studio operations.
What You’ll Need:
- Extensive experience in broadcast studio management, demonstrating a strong understanding of production workflows.
- Proven ability to operate studio equipment, including cameras, audio consoles, and lighting systems.
- Expertise in livestreaming technologies and platforms.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $57.79 to $64.22 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
