As an Accounts Payable Administrator, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely processing of transactions, collaborating with various teams, and contributing to the smooth operation of this dynamic company. This role offers the opportunity to:
- Process high volumes of invoices (75-100/day) with autonomy, utilizing a 3-way matching system.
- Manage accounts payable transactions for various business units using SAP FUSION.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to resolve invoice discrepancies and maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Champion compliance with company policies and procedures, ensuring financial accuracy and integrity.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and special projects, impacting the shared services environment.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of accounts payable experience.
- High school diploma (college degree preferred).
- Experience working with ERP systems (SAP experience highly preferred).
- Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (vlookup and pivot tables).
- Ability to work overtime during peak periods and month-end close.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Consumer products background.
- Experience with document imaging systems (Readsoft preferred).
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $21.80 to $24.23 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
