We are assembling a creative team for a high-profile, 6–12 month engagement with a major brand partner in the Quick Serve Restaurant space. The focus is on producing organic social content that drives engagement, builds cultural relevance, and has the potential to go viral. This is an always-on content program supplemented by campaign bursts, with an emphasis on TikTok and Instagram Reels. Our team will concept, produce, and deliver content that is strategic, trend-aware, and aligned with the client’s aesthetic and brand voice.Role Overview
AsVideo Producer, you will oversee the production of short-form video content from concept to delivery. You’ll work closely with the creative team to ensure all content meets strategic and creative goals, while managing production schedules, resources, and budgets. You’ll also source and collaborate with creators and freelance partners to bring content ideas to life.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end production for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other social formats
Manage production schedules, budgets, and deliverables
Source, brief, and oversee creators, influencers, and production partners
Collaborate with art directors and designers to ensure brand alignment
Ensure high-quality standards while working within platform constraints
Troubleshoot production challenges and maintain efficiency under tight timelines
Qualifications
3-5 years of video production experience, with a strong social-first portfolio
Deep understanding of short-form content formats and platform best practices
Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and mobile-first tools such as CapCut
Experience working with big brands and culturally relevant campaigns
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
EST time zone preferred; flexible for exceptional candidates
