We are assembling a creative team for a high-profile, 6–12 month engagement with a major brand partner in the Quick Serve Restaurant space. The focus is on producing organic social content that drives engagement, builds cultural relevance, and has the potential to go viral. This is an always-on content program supplemented by campaign bursts, with an emphasis on TikTok and Instagram Reels. Our team will concept, produce, and deliver content that is strategic, trend-aware, and aligned with the client’s aesthetic and brand voice. This is Partime 20 hours a week, remote
Role Overview
As Designer, you will translate creative concepts into visually compelling assets for social platforms. You’ll work closely with the Art Director and Senior Designer to deliver a high volume of static and motion content optimized for mobile viewing and platform performance.
Key Responsibilities
Produce ~25–30 assets per month for always-on and campaign content
Design mobile-first templates, motion graphics, and imagery for TikTok and Instagram
Execute creative concepts with precision and alignment to brand guidelines
Collaborate with the creative team to refine and evolve visual directions
Apply feedback effectively and meet tight production timelines
Stay current on social media design trends and platform features
Qualifications
3–5 years of design experience, ideally in a social-first environment
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and relevant design tools (e.g. Figma)
Working knowledge of social-first motion-friendly tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Canva)
Strong understanding of designing for engagement on mobile platforms
Ability to balance creativity with speed and accuracy
EST time zone preferred; flexible for exceptional candidates
