This innovative company, a global leader in its industry, is partnering with Aquent to find a skilled Change Manager to join their Global Technology Management Office. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive significant change within a high-impact environment. You will lead change management initiatives focused on the adoption of Generative AI, shaping how teams utilize this transformative technology.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement change management plans for Generative AI initiatives, ensuring seamless integration across the Global Technology Management Office.
  • Design and deliver engaging training programs focused on AI adoption, accelerating user proficiency and minimizing disruption.
  • Leverage data analytics and AI tools to personalize learning experiences, maximizing training effectiveness.
  • Create and execute communication strategies to inform and engage stakeholders, fostering a smooth transition to new AI-driven workflows.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including capability owners, program managers, and product managers, to align change management efforts with broader organizational goals.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in process improvement, change management, and technology adoption, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement digital learning strategies.
  • Experience leveraging data analytics and AI tools for personalized learning.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Experience with AI and driving its use in the workplace.
  • Experience with digital learning platforms.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $50.4 to $56 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
