As a key member of the UX Research team, you will play a pivotal role in guiding product development through insightful research and data-driven recommendations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, championing the user’s voice and ensuring that products are not only functional but also delightful and inclusive. What You’ll Do:
Propose innovative ideas for product and service improvements based on research findings.
Drive user-centric thinking to overcome challenges and collaboratively find solutions.
Advocate for and implement inclusive research and design practices.
Guide product strategy by analyzing and synthesizing user, product, service, and business needs.
Communicate research findings, insights, and recommendations to diverse audiences.
Identify and utilize key metrics to evaluate product, service, and ecosystem impact.
Contribute to project prioritization and resource allocation.
Conduct user research to identify needs and business opportunities.
Anticipate evolving user needs and adapt research strategies accordingly.
Perform comprehensive analysis for complex research projects and programs.
Build consensus and influence teams to adopt user-centric solutions.
Communicate research insights and recommendations effectively to stakeholders.
Must-Have Qualifications:
Proficiency in interactive technology
Deep understanding of ethical UX research principles
Expertise in UX research methodologies (qualitative and quantitative)
Familiarity with the product development lifecycle
Strong understanding of human/user behavior
Excellent UX storytelling and communication skills
Proven experience in research processes
Ability to think critically and apply UX systems thinking
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
Experience leading research projects or initiatives
