Partnering with Aquent, this company is searching for a seasoned Account-Based Marketing (ABM) leader to drive strategic direction and scale their ABM programs during a critical leave coverage. This is your opportunity to shape the future of ABM within a dynamic and impactful organization.
As the Senior ABM Lead you will play a pivotal role in designing, scaling, and optimizing a world-class ABM program. You’ll collaborate closely with sales and senior leadership, setting the strategic vision while simultaneously executing high-impact programs. This hands-on leadership position requires a strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving tangible results.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement the ABM strategy for a multi-product platform.
Manage and mentor the ABX Strategist/Manager, fostering alignment and professional growth.
Partner with sales, customer success, and other teams to create integrated account engagement plans for key accounts.
Spearhead AI-augmented account intelligence initiatives, leveraging predictive analytics and sales insights.
Design and execute full-funnel, multi-channel ABM programs encompassing paid media, events, email, and executive outreach.
Integrate field and virtual experiences into ABM plays to drive executive engagement.
Champion AI-powered personalization in content, messaging, and campaigns.
Collaborate with RevOps and analytics teams to establish measurement frameworks and track performance.
Advise leadership on ABM progress, learnings, and strategic recommendations.
Pilot and implement new ABM plays, establishing a scalable program structure.
Must-Have Qualifications:
7-10 years of experience in Account-Based Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Demand Gen Marketing.
Proven experience building and leading enterprise-level ABM programs, ideally in SaaS or AI-driven technology companies.
Demonstrated success in managing and developing marketing talent.
Deep understanding of enterprise buying groups, account tiering, and complex deal cycles.
Expertise with core ABM/ABX platforms and MarTech (e.g., 6sense, Demandbase, LinkedIn Ads, Salesforce, Marketo/Pardot, Reachdesk).
Strong ability to connect marketing strategy to measurable business outcomes.
Excellent executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
Experience with product-led/self-serve motions.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of $80-$90an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location. Additional benefits offered may include; medical health insurance and dental insurance, life insurance, and eligibility to participate in 401k plan with company match.
