As a key member of the marketing team, you will be the go-to expert for specific products and features, collaborating closely with cross-functional partners to influence product development, conduct market analysis, and anticipate industry trends. You will lead user research initiatives, crafting compelling marketing content that resonates with target audiences and drives product adoption. Your insights will shape user experience, ensuring a seamless and engaging journey for customers. You will spearhead the development and execution of impactful marketing campaigns, leveraging data-driven strategies to optimize performance and achieve key objectives.
Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a subject matter expert on assigned products/features, providing market insights and influencing product development.
  • Lead user research efforts to inform product and marketing strategies.
  • Develop compelling marketing content aligned with product strategy and brand guidelines.
  • Champion user-centric design, advocating for improvements to user experience.
  • Develop and execute impactful marketing campaigns, optimizing performance and achieving key results.
  • Define, collect, and track key product metrics to measure success.
  • Validate market size and opportunity, identifying potential growth areas.
  • Develop product positioning, value propositions, and messaging strategy.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in product positioning, data analysis, campaign management, and consumer behavior.
  • Strong understanding of industry trends and best practices.
  • Excellent client/partner management and advising skills.
  • Exceptional storytelling and communication abilities.
  • Solid understanding of go-to-market activities, brand management, and situational leadership.
  • Proficiency in developing marketing briefs.
  • Experience contributing to annual planning processes and Go-To-Market plans.
  • Ability to analyze data and insights for target audiences.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills for diverse stakeholders.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Experience with subscriber and business growth strategies.
  • Expertise in packaging and pricing architecture.
  • Experience with OKR reporting and monetary offers execution.
