As a Program Manager, you will lead functional and cross-functional improvement programs, defining project scope, goals, and deliverables. You’ll collaborate with management and stakeholders, implement quality control measures, and coordinate staff training. Your leadership will be essential in tracking advancements, fostering collaboration across departments, and reporting program results to senior leadership. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape healthcare delivery and make a tangible difference in patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead program improvement efforts, defining scope and managing projects using standard methodologies.
  • Develop project goals and deliverables aligned with business objectives.
  • Implement quality control measures to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Coordinate staff training and competency assessments.
  • Track technological advancements and recommend equipment upgrades.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure consistent program application.
  • Report program results to senior leadership and attend relevant meetings.
  • Maintain program data and outcome metrics.
  • Manage program design and structure to align with organizational initiatives.
  • Partner with Operations Managers to develop leadership and internal capacity.
  • Coach and mentor department staff through change processes.
  • Develop relationships with key stakeholders and understand departmental workflows.
  • Maintain accurate project records and cost estimates.
  • Facilitate meetings with subject matter experts.
  • Create content for training materials and presentations.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Proven ability to lead and influence others.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience developing written communications and reports.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and project management skills.
  • Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Agile/Scrum).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Access, Project, Outlook).
  • Experience working with senior leadership.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • PMP certification
  • Experience in the healthcare industry.
  • Experience with content creation tools.

The target hiring compensation range for this role $79.49 to $90.78 an hour an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
