We’re looking for a Business Systems Analyst who can design programs, processes, and methods from the ground up—taking ownership of both strategic direction and hands-on execution for a portfolio of related projects. In this role, you’ll partner closely with technical teams and business stakeholders to develop effective, scalable solutions that address complex business challenges. You’ll serve as a subject matter expert in your domain, bringing deep knowledge of systems, data, and technology to shape innovative, impactful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineering teams to design, develop, and recommend systems and workflows that improve efficiency and productivity.
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand processes, gather requirements, and translate ambiguous needs into clear, actionable solutions.
- Document and synthesize business strategies, influencing feature design and ensuring application and system reliability through cross-functional feedback.
- Translate business needs into high-level technical specifications for solutions that are scalable, secure, and suited to enterprise-level operations.
- Identify and prioritize opportunities for meaningful improvements in business analysis, processes, and cross-functional execution.
- Work with internal teams and third-party vendors to align on vision, system requirements, and delivery roadmaps.
- Oversee projects end-to-end, including planning, progress tracking, risk mitigation, stakeholder management, testing coordination, and deployment to production.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency in task and project management
- Strong understanding of the systems development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Experience driving solution vision and strategy
- Technical fluency, with the ability to engage engineering teams effectively
- Domain-specific expertise in relevant business areas
- Strong customer focus and stakeholder engagement skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships
- Data analysis, synthesis, and insights generation skills
- Experience in solution design, design critique, and strategic planning
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $82.97-$96.87 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
