This exciting role will see you collaborating with a dynamic Communications team supporting multiple lines of business, including direct-to-consumer, platform distribution, and product & technology. You’ll be instrumental in crafting and executing communication strategies that amplify these areas, working closely with various stakeholders in a fast-paced, innovative environment. A significant focus will be on planning and executing high-impact internal and external events, from employee town halls to industry activations. You’ll also contribute to executive communications, awards submissions, earnings report summaries, and brand reputation management. This is your chance to shine in a multifaceted role that blends strategy, creativity, and operational excellence.
Responsibilities:

  • Track, analyze, and synthesize industry reports into concise insights for key internal stakeholders.
  • Plan and execute internal and external events, managing logistics, vendors, and on-the-ground support.
  • Support executive communications, including award submissions and speaking opportunities.
  • Develop PR plans, messaging documents, and other written materials.
  • Assist with brand reputation and crisis response efforts.
  • Amplify content performance with press and key stakeholders.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in communications, public relations, publicity, or internal communications.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong time management skills.
  • Ability to navigate multiple stakeholders and shifting priorities.
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented team player with a positive attitude.
  • Strong interest in the business and industry landscape.
  • Discretion with sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting large internal and external events.
  • Familiarity with the entertainment industry.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $51.11 to $56.79 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
