Your expertise will be essential in bringing creative visions to life, overseeing projects from concept to completion, and ensuring seamless execution across all platforms.
As a Senior Producer, you will be the driving force behind creative marketing production shoots and projects. You’ll steer the ship through pre-production planning, production, and delivery, ensuring alignment with creative vision and budget parameters. You’ll act as the vital link between internal teams, stakeholders, and external vendors, facilitating clear communication and collaboration every step of the way.
Responsibilities:

  • Lead production for assigned projects with budgets primarily exceeding $300,000, overseeing all aspects from inception to completion.
  • Foster seamless communication and collaboration with key stakeholders across various departments, including Show Production, Photo, Creative, Design, Finance, and Legal.
  • Partner with the Director of Production to analyze vendor budgets, skillfully negotiate with vendors and production companies, and manage all aspects of pre-production and production.
  • Provide guidance and support to the Coordinator, assigning project-specific tasks, establishing clear timelines, and ensuring timely and successful execution.
  • Meticulously manage and track all above-the-line and below-the-line labor and production costs for assigned projects, maintaining budgetary control and accuracy.
  • Ensure adherence to all company production protocols, encompassing production insurance, rights/clearances, guild/union requirements, labor laws, minor regulations, and other legal, risk, and liability considerations.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Producer/Production Manager in promotions production, television, cable, digital network, or content production company specializing in television, digital, music video, or commercial content.
  • Foundational knowledge of TV, new media, and commercial guild and union agreements.
  • Basic understanding of minor work guidelines and labor laws.

  • Promotions production experience

Compensation:
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $57.96 to $64.41 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
