We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic and Email Designer to join our dynamic marketing team. This role requires a passionate designer who can conceptualize and execute compelling visual solutions for retail marketing materials, including emails, flyers, catalogues, and promotional content. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and meeting tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
Design Development & Execution:
- Conceptualize and develop accurate electronic layouts that meet scheduled deadlines and technical standards
- Create finished artwork for new graphic elements, slugs, and headings in both English and French
- Ensure electronic layouts translate effectively for photography, copy, creative guidelines, and production requirements
- Produce high-quality presentations, mock-ups, and creative concepts
Collaboration & Communication:
- Attend pick-up meetings to gather accurate project information for catalogues and flyers
- Collaborate with marketing teams to resolve information discrepancies and ensure marketing objectives are met
- Initiate discussions and meetings as needed to obtain complete project understanding and requirements
- Communicate and translate creative ideas into compelling visual presentations
Project Management & Quality Assurance:
- Gather and analyze data from marketing to develop accurate layouts for emails, flyers, catalogues, booklets, and other marketing materials
- Provide layout revisions following flyer reviews and feedback
- Search electronic resources for archived artwork and provide printed references to production teams
- Evaluate reusability of existing photography and determine requirements for new photography
Required Qualifications
Education & Experience:
- Diploma in Graphic Design or related field
- Minimum 4 years of graphic design experience
- Strong understanding of retail, catalogue, and promotional advertising principles
Technical Skills:
- High proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Proficiency with Image Bank and electronic image archives
- Strong understanding of typography and formatting
- Excellent color sense and design aesthetics

Preferred Qualifications (Assets)
- Motion design experience
- Experience with Figma
- Familiarity with various AI design tools
- Bilingual capabilities (English/French)
