As a Marketing Localization Producer, you’ll play a pivotal role in adapting marketing materials for a global audience, ensuring quality and cultural relevance across various languages and regions. As a Marketing Localization Producer, you will collaborate with internal teams and external vendors, managing the localization process from beginning to end. You’ll oversee projects involving language launches, internet, marketing, and media localization, ensuring seamless execution and top-notch quality. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will be essential in juggling multiple projects, languages, and deadlines. You will also play a key role in identifying and implementing innovative solutions to streamline workflows and processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end localization workflow for marketing campaigns, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery in up to 40 languages.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams, external vendors, localization staff, design, and other cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
  • Scope, plan, and track project milestones, managing international copy and assets for on-store, marketing, and social campaigns.
  • Represent the localization team in marketing meetings, contributing to project kick-offs and discussions with cross-functional teams.
  • Identify and communicate innovative solutions to optimize workflows and processes.
  • Manage large volumes of copy and assets, prioritizing urgent issues and meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of localization project management experience, including projects involving language launches, internet, marketing, and/or media localization.
  • Proven ability to manage localization projects across multiple cross-functional teams, including international teams.
  • Knowledge of online marketing, international marketing copy, and the global marketplace.
  • Strong multitasking and prioritization skills, with the ability to handle large volumes of content in multiple languages simultaneously.
  • Proactive planning, organizational, and detail-oriented approach.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for improving existing infrastructure, tools, and technologies.
  • High degree of cultural sensitivity and experience working with global teams.
  • Working knowledge of industry-standard localization tools.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Linguistic expertise in at least one language.
  • Comfort and competence working on a computer software system, and familiarity with UI terminology.
  • BA or Masters degree in localization, international studies, journalism, or media studies.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $58.49 to $64.99 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
