We are seeking a skilled and strategic eLearning Developer to support the design, development, and delivery of high-impact learning experiences aligned with leadership development and broader organizational goals. This role blends learning consulting with hands-on course development in Articulate Storyline and Rise, where you’ll work closely with Instructional Designers (IDs) to implement updates and edits efficiently.

The ideal candidate brings a consultative mindset, strong instructional design knowledge, and attention to detail to support scalable, modern learning experiences across global teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct learning needs analyses, stakeholder interviews, and content audits to inform instructional strategy
  • Collaborate with Instructional Designers to make course edits and updates in Articulate Rise and Storyline
  • Translate strategic business goals into actionable learning plans
  • Recommend content improvements, retirement, or reuse based on analysis
  • Support development and refinement of leadership development programs using learner-centered approaches
  • Work with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with broader learning strategy
  • Apply adult learning principles and modern instructional design methodologies to all content
  • Maintain accuracy, consistency, and usability across all digital learning materials
  • Manage learning content within learning platforms (e.g., LMS, LXP)

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in learning consulting, including conducting needs assessments and aligning solutions to business goals
  • Proficiency in Articulate Rise and Articulate Storyline—especially for editing and updating existing content
  • Familiarity with adult learning theory and instructional design methodologies
  • Strong analysis and synthesis skills to evaluate and improve existing content
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Teams

Nice-to-Have Skills & Experience:

  • Experience leading learning strategy or transformation initiatives
  • Familiarity with organizational development frameworks and leadership competency models
  • Exposure to DEI-focused leadership content
  • Experience working with global or cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of learning evaluation strategies and analytics
  • Experience with learning platforms (e.g., LMS, LXP)
