As a Content Specialist, you’ll be immersed in the world of media, ensuring that the assets used for generative AI projects meet the highest standards. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing expert analysis and recommendations for improvement. This role offers a unique opportunity to combine your passion for media with the innovative power of AI, shaping the future of digital interaction.
What You’ll Do:
- Evaluate and curate diverse media content, including imagery, animation, moving images, and videos, specifically for generative AI projects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders (content, product, engineering, and design teams) to define media evaluation criteria and ensure alignment with project goals.
- Conduct thorough assessments of media assets, providing valuable feedback and recommendations for enhancement.
- Stay at the forefront of media trends and emerging technologies to inform and refine evaluation processes.
- Work closely with engineering and design teams to seamlessly integrate evaluated media into AI models and applications.
- Maintain an organized and accessible repository of evaluated media assets for team use.
- Thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, effectively managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience in media evaluation, curation, or a related field.
- Proven experience in media production, evaluation, and curation, with a focus on imagery, animation, and video content.
- Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail in assessing media quality and relevance.
- Excellent communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams, including engineers and creatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Familiarity with media editing and design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
- Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with generative AI tools and applications.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $50.85 to $56.50 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
