This exciting role offers the chance to:

  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their current and future talent needs, building strong relationships and acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Execute full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing and screening candidates to scheduling interviews and managing the offer process.
  • Leverage your expertise in Workday and pre-employment screening processes to ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding experience.
  • Champion a positive candidate experience, providing timely feedback and support throughout the hiring journey.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance recruiting processes and strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule interviews and manage the pre-employment process, including initiating and tracking drug screens and background checks.
  • Provide exceptional candidate care and ensure timely communication with candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and HR partners.
  • Manage interview scheduling, resolving conflicts and accommodating changes effectively.
  • Initiate and monitor background checks and drug screens through completion, troubleshooting any issues that arise.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and update the Applicant Tracking System (Workday) with pre-employment results.
  • Communicate effectively with the recruiting team, sharing insights and addressing any challenges throughout the hiring process.
  • Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their evolving staffing needs.
  • Conduct candidate searches using various resources, including databases, networking, online platforms, and referrals.
  • Interview applicants to assess their qualifications, work history, and job skills.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate employment records.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of customer service experience.
  • Proficiency in verbal and written communication, negotiation, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Basic knowledge of legal policies and procedures related to hiring practices.
  • Basic understanding of personnel recruitment, selection, and training principles.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Experience with Workday and background check monitoring.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Experience with automated interviewing software or platforms.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $25 to $30 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
