This is a 100% onsite position in Redmond, WA. This will start as an 10 month position but can extend up to 18 months

As a Group Assistant, you will be an integral part of our client’s core data center services, ensuring global availability through standardized processes and programs. Your work will directly impact the efficiency, safety, security, and availability of data centers worldwide, contributing to the backbone of the company’s operations.
As a Group Assistant, you will be immersed in a fast-paced environment where your organizational skills and customer service expertise will be highly valued. You will be responsible for managing equipment, handling vendor relationships, and providing essential support to the team. This is an exceptional opportunity to contribute to a critical team and gain valuable experience in a dynamic and impactful role.
Responsibilities:
- Manage equipment orders (computers, peripherals, cables, etc.)
- Maintain and track storage inventory
- Distribute and ship supplies to team members and new hires
- Manage vendor accounts, including creation, updates, and terminations
- Address team inquiries regarding equipment and related matters
- Provide support to the lead EA and business administrator
- Manage team snack orders and restocking
- Assist with team morale events and special projects
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 1-3+ years of experience in a fast-paced administrative environment
- 1-2+ years of experience with customer service
- 1-2+ years of demonstrated organizational skills
- 1-2+ years of experience with time management and a strong sense of urgency
- Proficiency in email, scheduling, word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software (MS Office Suite preferred)
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $25 to $30 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
