Be a key player in building and supporting a robust compliance program for Product Design and Marketing teams, collaborating cross-functionally across the organization. Tackle exciting challenges, own diverse projects with varying impact, and contribute to innovative privacy solutions.

What You’ll Do:

  • Spearhead the implementation of privacy-by-design principles across Product, Design, and Marketing, collaborating closely with legal teams.
  • Translate complex legal and regulatory requirements (e.g., DMA, GDPR, CCPA) into practical, auditable, and sustainable business programs.
  • Define and execute privacy roadmaps, encompassing data mapping, risk assessments, and incident preparedness.
  • Stay ahead of evolving privacy regulations and ensure technical controls consistently meet or exceed compliance standards.
  • Facilitate internal audits and external assessments by effectively organizing and communicating technical privacy safeguards.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in program or project management, ideally in privacy, security, or data governance.
  • Deep understanding of global privacy laws and their technical implications (e.g., data minimization, purpose limitation, encryption, access control).
  • Familiarity with frameworks like ISO 27701, NIST Privacy Framework, or privacy impact assessments (PIAs).
  • Technical fluency—ability to discuss technical concepts with engineers and grasp systems architecture.
  • Proficiency with databases and data retrieval, including SQL and Spark.
  • Experience leading projects involving AI/ML integration into automated marketing messaging and consumer-facing applications.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional environments, including product, engineering, legal, and compliance teams.
  • Experience partnering with privacy and legal teams to evaluate global data usage.
  • Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with evolving deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, enabling clear articulation of ideas to all levels of management.
  • Strong leadership, partnership, and influencing skills.
  • Exceptional analytical thinking, analysis, and problem-solving abilities.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • B.S. / M.S. in a relevant or quantitative discipline: Engineering, Computer Science, Operations Research, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, and/or Economics.
  • Privacy certifications such as CIPT, CIPP/US, or CISM.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and data governance tools.
  • Experience in incident response or data breach management.
  • Experience working across different global cultures.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $91.51 to $101.68 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
