As a Digital Media Producer on the Mental Well-being Communications team, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping perceptions and driving engagement through compelling visual and auditory storytelling. You’ll collaborate with subject matter experts to craft impactful narratives that bring data and insights to life. Your work will directly influence how the organization communicates complex information, making it accessible and engaging for diverse audiences.
Responsibilities:
- Produce high-quality video and audio content, including promotional videos, training materials, and potentially podcasts, to support mental well-being initiatives.
- Collaborate with the Director of Engagement and subject matter experts to develop scripts, storyboards, and production plans.
- Utilize video and audio editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Audition, After Effects) to create polished and engaging final products.
- Design custom graphics and digital images using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator to enhance video and audio productions.
- Ensure all media adheres to brand standards and accessibility guidelines.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines effectively.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro, Audition, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Demonstrated experience in video and audio editing and production.
- Strong understanding of digital media formats and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Knowledge of behavioral health, employee assistance, work-life, and wellness programs.
- Familiarity with digital accessibility standards.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $25 to $30 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
