This role offers exceptional autonomy and the chance to champion innovation in a collaborative environment.
This is your opportunity to transform how users interact with digital products, working closely with business, technical, and product leaders. Embrace emerging technologies, including AI, to refine processes and enhance the design-to-dev handoff. Be a driving force in building a seamless and scalable collaboration model.

What You’ll Do:

  • Guide, mentor, and empower UX team members, promoting technical excellence and shared best practices.
  • Champion the UX vision, introducing industry best practices and novel technical solutions.
  • Explore and implement AI-driven and automated approaches to front-end development.
  • Participate in user research, concept testing, and usability testing, integrating user feedback to optimize solutions.
  • Collaborate with product owners, designers, researchers, and developers throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Transform visual designs and wireframes into clean, accessible, production-ready code.

Must-Haves:

  • Deep understanding of design principles and visual design (white space, font treatments, information architecture, grid systems).
  • Experience contributing to design systems (principles, components, patterns).
  • Proven ability to evaluate and implement new tools and processes (including those using AI) to advance team practices, especially in the design-to-development handoff.
  • Experience leading or mentoring teams.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile, Design Thinking, Lean UX, and Lean Startup methodologies.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience presenting projects and progress to senior management.
