As a Senior B2B Content Strategist, you’ll craft compelling narratives that transform complex information into engaging content, driving conversions and shaping brand perception. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with marketers and visual designers to create high-performing, on-brand content across all channels, including display ads, email, websites, and more.
- Develop compelling commercial marketing copy that drives conversions and supports campaign launches and ongoing performance.
- Transform complex product, data, and clinical information into easily digestible and engaging narratives for various commercial audiences, including employers, partners, consultants, and providers.
- Develop a deep understanding of the target audience and their needs, using research and insights to inform content strategy and ensure resonance.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 8+ years of writing experience, preferably in-house and within a startup environment.
- Proven experience writing for Product Marketing and B2B audiences.
- A portfolio showcasing work that demonstrates a clear link between copy and increased marketing performance (results/outcomes).
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems and navigate fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate reasoning and achieve stakeholder buy-in.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage workload, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality work.
- Experience in the healthcare or tech industry.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $60 to $65 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
